Personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support for women. Because women’s health matters.
Specialising in women’s health across key life stages, including fertility, pregnancy, postnatal recovery and the menopausal transition.
My work is informed by both my in-depth, extensive professional training and my personal experience navigating hormonal health, fertility, pregnancy and the postnatal experience as a new mother. Through this journey, I developed a strong appreciation for how important it is for women to feel heard, understood and supported.
I offer a compassionate, empathetic and collaborative space for my clients, to help them feel empowered and able to make informed, realistic and sustainable changes that support their health and wellbeing.
Hi, I’m Chloe
How I can help you
I take a personalised approach to health and wellbeing, recognising that each individual’s history, symptoms, health concerns and circumstances differ.
When working together, we’ll explore your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle and goals. From there, we will develop a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan designed to support your health realistically and sustainably. The key is to focus on changes that fit into your life, rather than rigid plans or quick fixes.
Working together involves:
A comprehensive health, diet and lifestyle assessment
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
Access to supporting resources including meal ideas and food guides
Follow-up support to review progress and adjust recommendations where necessary
As a final year BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy student, and a fully insured Nutrition Advisor, I practise within a clear professional and ethical framework. I work within my scope of practice and, where appropriate, may refer clients to other healthcare professionals to ensure the most appropriate care is received.

I aim to create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard and able to make realistic, informed nutrition and lifestyle changes to support your health and wellbeing.
-
Many women come to me feeling frustrated after trying generic advice that hasn’t worked. The difference here is taking a personalised approach – looking at your unique context, rather than applying one-size-fits-all solutions.
My approach is personalised, evidence-based and realistic. I focus on helping you make small, meaningful changes that feel achievable – especially during busy or demanding life stages – rather than expecting perfection.
-
I support women across all life stages including preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy, the postnatal period, and the menopausal transition.
I work with a range of health concerns including low energy, digestive issues, hormonal imbalance and low mood. You don’t need a diagnosis to work with me – many clients come to me because they don’t feel quite like themselves and want personalised support to feel their best and optimise their health.
-
Yes – nutritional therapy works alongside medical care, not as a replacement. If needed, I can work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support you safely and effectively.
-
Yes – nutritional therapy can support you in preparing your body for pregnancy by focusing on nutrient intake, overall health and lifestyle factors that may influence fertility.
-
Yes – I support women during the pregnancy and the postnatal period. These are key life stages where nutrition can have a significant impact on recovery, energy and long-term health.
I focus on practical, realistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help you feel supported and nourished during a time that can be depleting to the body’s resources and can often feel overwhelming.
-
Yes – I support women through the menopausal transition, including perimenopause and postmenopause.
This life stage can bring changes in energy, mood, sleep, weight and overall wellbeing. I will support you through these changes with a personalised approach to nutrition and lifestyle.
Together we can focus on building sustainable habits that fit your day-to-day life with the aim of helping you feel more like yourself again.
-

During your consultation we will explore your health, diet, lifestyle and goals in detail.
Following this, you’ll receive a realistic and personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan to help you achieve your goals, along with practical guidance to help you implement them. A food-first approach is the foundation to recommendations, however, if appropriate, with supplements discussed if appropriate.
-
Before your consultation, you’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire, which I’ll send you via my practice management system. This helps me understand your background so we can make the most of our time together. You don’t need to prepare anything else.
-
I am based in Surrey, and offer online consultations via Zoom, allowing you to access support from anywhere in the UK.
-
Consultations can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or missed consultations may be charged in full.
-
No, the focus is on realistic, sustainable changes rather than quick fixes.
You won’t be given a rigid plan to follow but instead will be supported to build habits that work for you, your routine and your preferences.
-
This varies depending on your starting point and goals. Some clients notice changes in their energy, digestion or mood within a few weeks, while deeper or longer-term concerns and health issues may take more time.
The focus is on sustainable progress and long-lasting changes to your health rather than quick-fixes or temporary improvements.
-
This is very common, especially for busy women and mothers. Recommendations are designed to be realistic and manageable, with simple strategies that fit into your current lifestyle rather than adding pressure to your busy life.
