1. About this service

Chloe Plummer Nutrition provides personalised nutrition and lifestyle support, which is tailored to the individual and may include diet and lifestyle recommendations.

Services are provided by Chloe Plummer, practising as a fully insured Nutrition Advisor (Cert ION) and final-year BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy student.

2. Scope of practice

Nutrition advice provided is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, and does not replace medical care.

Where appropriate, clients may be advised to seek support from, or be referred back to, their GP or another qualified healthcare professional.

If you are under medical care, pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, this should be disclosed prior to or during consultations.

3. Personal responsibility

Nutritional therapy and nutrition advice is a collaborative process. Clients remain responsible for their own health decisions and for implementing any recommendations discussed.

No specific outcomes can be guaranteed, as individual responses to nutrition and lifestyle changes vary.

4. Appointments and communication

Consultations are delivered online unless otherwise stated.

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information regarding their health history, symptoms and circumstances to enable appropriate support.

Email or message support (if offered as part of a package) is intended for brief clarifications and guidance, not urgent or medical concerns.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full.

6. Fees and payment

Fees are clearly stated at the time of booking and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Purchased sessions or packages are non-refundable once commenced.

7. Confidentiality and data protection

All personal information shared is treated confidentially and stored securely in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

Chloe Plummer Nutrition is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Further details on data handling can be found in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to services

Chloe Plummer Nutrition reserves the right to update or amend services, pricing or these Terms & Conditions as the practice develops. Any changes will be communicated clearly where relevant.
